Refund & Cancellation Policy – Wowrocco

1. Customer Cancellations

• More than 7 days before the tour: Full refund minus processing fees.

• 3–6 days before the tour: 50% refund.

• Less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund.

2. Company Cancellations

If Wowrocco cancels an activity due to weather, safety, or operational issues, customers will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

3. No-Show Policy

No refund for customers who fail to arrive at the scheduled time and location.
